Patricia Mathell, founder of The Mathell Collective, providing executive operations and leadership support.

Your Vision, Executed.

I have spent over three decades partnering closely with senior leaders in environments where clarity, discretion, and sound judgment matter. My work spans higher education, healthcare, corporate, nonprofit, and mission-driven organizations, including complex, highly regulated environments where leadership decisions carry real consequence.

I am Patricia Mathell, founder of Patricia Knows Admin. As a Fractional Executive Assistant and Strategic Operations Partner, I provide senior-level support for founders and leaders carrying complex responsibility. I work as an extension of leadership capacity, anticipating needs, managing operational detail, and building systems that protect focus, momentum, and decision flow.

Alongside my consulting work, I am a paper-based mixed media artist drawn to process, layers, and rhythm. That practice shapes how I think about structure, flow, and sustainability, and it informs the grounded presence I bring to every partnership. If you are seeking a steady, trusted relationship rooted in discretion, follow-through, and mutual respect, I welcome the conversation.

Trusted by Leaders.

“Patricia is the definition of a ‘set it and forget it’ professional. I always had complete confidence

that she would handle every task with efficiency and precision, getting it right the first time.

She consistently anticipated and resolved issues before they ever reached my desk, demonstrating a

rare ability to lead work to completion without the need for constant oversight.”

How I Work Behind the Scenes

Behind the scenes, my work is grounded in judgment, discretion, and steady execution. I approach each partnership with an understanding of how decisions move through organizations and how timing, clarity, and follow-through affect outcomes.

I work as an extension of leadership, anticipating needs, managing complexity, and handling sensitive information with care. My role is to reduce friction, maintain momentum, and ensure that priorities are carried forward thoughtfully and consistently.

You can expect a calm, organized presence, clear communication, and reliable follow-through. The work is intentional, often invisible, and designed to support leadership focus so you can stay oriented toward what matters most. This work is built on trust, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to clarity.
